Getting Started With The Online Coaching Program

Welcome new members! I am so glad you're starting my online coaching program. If you have any questions or comments during the program, please feel free to contact me. I’ll get back with you as quickly as I can.

Ground Rules: There are only two ground rules for the program - honesty and effort. The program is only as good as the truthfulness of your responses and the sincerity of your effort.

Topics: The program is set up in modules. Each module covers one topic area (60-90 minutes in length). Each module is broken down into shorter 20-30 minute sessions for your convenience. You can complete the sessions at your own pace, but you should plan to complete at least one session per week in order to retain the continuity and effectiveness of the module.

Questions to Consider: Following the information presented in each session is a set of questions to consider. Click on the blue link labeled "Enter Your Responses" in order to activate the online workbook where you will enter your responses to these self-reflective questions.

Progress: Keeping track of your progress is an important part of this program. Each time you exit a coaching session you’ll be ask whether you’ve completed the session or whether you wish to come back to it later. Your progress will be automatically recorded for you on the list of topics.

My Promise to You: My goal is to help you achieve success and sanity in your life. I am not your boss, your co-worker, your significant other or your mother. I will not judge you. Any information you share with me will be kept 100% confidential. I will use aggregate information to help evaluate and improve the program, but none of your specific personal information will be shared.
